At OTTOCAST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, before placing them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid return shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
